"I won't log into your Machine (workstation), until you call me" - Is this correct sentence.
OR
"I don't log ...."
As this indicates the future, I think, I should use "won't".

Yes, this refers to the future.
(Don't capitalize the word "machine". Eliminate the comma.)

"I don't log into your machine (workstation) until you call me" ==> If you use the simple present tense (don't log), then the sentence is a general statement of fact. In other words, it was true before now, it is true now, and you expect it to be true in the future as well.
