For me, it has always been difficult to give advice on the quickest and fastest ways of learning English. I believe only hard study can help... Also, I think translating into the language you learn can be a good way of improving one's language. Translate and let your teacher check the translated text. I am sure this is one of the best ways... However, for your spoken English you need to speak to those who speak the language well...
