I would appreciate if explain to me the meaning between the two sentences below:-

“I would never do that "

Or

" I will never do that "

Is there much difference on them? Question

I would never do that-- This is a conditional statement, meaning 'I'd never do that unless...'. It can be used to express certain actual conditions or as a courtesy ('I'd never do that unless I were e.g. very weak in character'

I will never do that-- A statement of future fact. Used to expressive absolute assurance.
