I wonder if I use REGULARITY correctly in the following sentence.Would you please help me?

.....in the event of anything happens to disturb the REGULARITY OF OUR LIFE..........

Hi Lilish,

'Regularity' to me suggests a steady movement for example of parts of a machine or indeed of the beating of a heart. I would suggest that you say:...disturb the regular pattern of our life.
