Hi,
Can I say: 'I've
Quote:
ignored breakfast
ever since I came here' to mean that I don't have breakfast anymore since I came here?

Many thanks,
Nessie.

'ignore breakfast'? #2 (permalink) Thu Nov 06, 2008 17:07 pm   'ignore breakfast'?

Hi Nessie

Rather than using the verb "ignore", I think it would be more typical to use a verb such as "skip", for example.

- I been skipping breakfast ever since I came/moved here.
