I find that you ask doubts on very peculiar things. This sentence in question has a lot of personal and religious touch. If asked, even the author may not be in a position to explain the same, but may go into a frenzy. It has reference to people who belittle God. Such expressions can be understood only in a very general way. |

Thank you very much. This is from a movie, which is called "The.Night.of.the.Hunter(1955)", a famous and pretty old movie. The language from it is hard to understand probably because it's the 50 years old English. Anyway, thanks for your answer again. |
