How can I pass my lingustics exam?

Hi my lovely teacher Mr. Torsten!

I am Lida who you always send e-mail English lessons to. I know two languages: Persian and Turkish. If I learn English I will know 3 languages!

I am working hard on my English because I will have an exam in 2 months (inter to a course in linguistics.) We will have to answer 60 questions. (10 grammar/ 10 vocabulary/ and finally 60 reading.)

What do you think? Do you think I can pass? Could you help me?

level of questions in exem is in toefl level. I have only 40 secondes time to answer them. if you want i can send you sample of questions. i am studing now a grammar book named "Practical english usege" (written by Michael Swan).
i wish you helped me more.

Hi Lida,

Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences with me. One thing you might want to start immediately is to try and stick to very basic punctuation rules. You probably know that in English we start every sentence with a capital letter so why not do it?

As for your grammar study, how many of the tests on our site have you taken so far? You should complete at least one test a day. Please start with this test.
