Hi Fereshteh,

It's great that you already have some fluency in English. You don't have to follow the lessons from the beginning. The course is flexible enough that you can visit any of the lessons and exercises in any order at any time.
Take a look at the lessons or tests and find one that seems to be at your level, then start from that point.
You will find the lessons here:
http://www.english-test.net/lessons/index.html
And here are some other starting points:

Hi, Torsten
I keep recieving your mails since April, and I feel so sorry for no feedback until now.
I could not express how thankful I am for your great work and continuing mails which reminds me of English learning. I must confess that I had cast English learning to the winds for I kept busy with somthing else. But what you said in the mail "it's much more effective to learn English for 10 to 20 minutes every single day than learning English for 5 hours once a month" is absolutely right, I will restart and persist from now on. Look forward your next mail.

Best Regards
Shelley
