I'm Sandria Vilchez. I'm an English teacher. I work at "Alas Peruanas" University. I teach English II and English III to the III and IV semesters respectively. I get up at around 7:30 or 8:30 on weekdays and on weekends I can sleep in. For breakfast, I just have orange juice. I sometimes have some bread and milk, though. I have lunch at 2:30. I seldom have dinner since I watch my weight. Just some fruit is good for me.

Hello, Tendersandy and welcome to English-test.net.

I'm Sandria Vilchez. I'm an English teacher. I work at "Alas Peruanas" University. I teach English II and English III for the third and fourth semesters respectively. I get up at around 7:30 or 8:30 on weekdays, and on weekends I can sleep in. For breakfast, I just have orange juice. I sometimes have some bread (toast?) and milk, though. I have lunch at 2:30. I seldom have dinner, since I am watching my weight. Just some fruit is good for me.

You need to eat more and regularly. Starving is not dieting.
