Hi, please have a look at this:

As someone who has flown Emirate in the past year, you will have experienced
our outstanding service to the Middle East.
=> Do you find the bold part weird? I think it should be 'must have' or 'have'...

I don't know... I think if it had been: If you have flown with us, you will have experienced ... I could buy that.
I think with the "As someone who has...," the "you have..." makes more sense. The "will have" seems to be some sort of implied conditional.
