Hi,
I have joined this site today. After searching Google for a site to improve my English language I came across this site. This is a nice site. I am a 34-years-old handicapped and unemployed person. I can't walk. My parents look after me. I learned English at home. I know only simple English. I don't have much knowledge in vocabularies. I am from India. My mother tongue is Bengali. I had bought computer to earn some money from internet. But when I came to know that it is not for everybody. I felt sad and depressed. Since I have no other source of income. I want to start a blog and earn some money from adsense. I don't have much experience and knowledge in any topics. Also, I am weak in English. Could you please tell me how can I improve my knowledge and english? Please help me.

Best of luck for your good initiative that you thought of ways to earn stand on your own feet. Internet is a suiable means for you as you have described yourself. There are many more sites you can engage yourself to and earn quiet a good amount of money.
by the way before suggesting any sites, i would like to know about your education.

I didn't study much. I was bad in school. I studied till class 10. I don't have much knowledge in any topics.
