How to tell the people "I told to him to call you back", got any answer ? I don't think so. Native speakers has to give answer that would be better, right?

how can you say to hr manager the sitution for the people he has interview but the manger is not here and the person for interview is gone out coz he wait for half hour. :roll:

I'm not sure I understand who you want to say this to.
To the HR manager, who just returned after being away: Mr. Smith was here for his 2 p.m. interview. He waited for half an hour, but since you weren't here, we told him we would reschedule him for another day.
