Hi there :D

When ordering something from a menu which form is better to use and why ?

A: May I take your order ?

B1: Yes. I'll have a steak, please.
B2: Yes. I"ll have the steak, please.
B3: Yes. I"ll have a seafood pizza, please.
B4: Yes. I"ll have the seafood pizza, please.

I'm as likely to use any of them with no further context; more probably B2 and B4 if there is only one such featured dish on the menu.
