First and foremost, you've made a mistake it should read "cheat on a TOEFL exam"
But since you consider cheating your best option, my correction is of no consequence to you.
Anyway, it doesn't pay to cheat. Your best bet is to garner knowledge and to use it to your advantage. I beg you to reconsider and give up this fatuous and inane cheating idea of yours and to buckle down and start learning English like you've never done before.
After all, as an age old adage proclaims, no pain no gain - you can't make great strides in any field, be that English or computer science, without applying yourself to it thoroughly.

I don't believe cheating in the exam will help candidates in any way.
When a candidate is taking the listening wants to guest speaking topics from those who are already in the speaking section, he or she will lost concentration in the lectures/conversations.
This means, means you may know the speakings topics from others before hand but this will affect your listening score negatively.
For all test takers, take off some of you time and prepare for your test and believe you can make it on your own.
While taking the test, concentrate on your own work because you are not that what others are doing is right.
