(?) are you a student ? (it's the true one)

Or

(+) i am a student
(-) i am not a student
(?) am i a student? ( or this one the true one)

Please help me sir!

Because i've ever got from my english teacher used to. he told me if

(+) (-) (?)
i i you
my my your
your your my

Or start from positive to be negative until interrogative never changging

tell me clearly
