OR
"If you think that I will not be able to access these machines, tell me".
Which is the correct one?

Your first sentence suggests your refusal to do something. In other words:
- If you think I will refuse to access these machines, tell me.

Quote:
"If you think that I will not be able to access these machines, tell me".
Your second sentence refers to whether it will be possible for you to do something.

Hi Milanya.
I supposed that it's wrong.Therefore, I looked "implies" up to make sure if "Sureshvemuri" has used it in a right way. I found out it's wrong. but I wasn't courageous enough to mention it.
