Can I use would instead of will in a sentence like:

He would go there for sure instead of He will go there for sure.
Is it not fare example to use would instead of will?

I think the gesture of using "would" is more like in the "unreal - or the event that didn't happen" situation.

Such as: Peter missed his girlfriend's, Amita, birthday party. So Amita's friend told her that "If Peter didn't have to go to Dubai, he would be here for sure".

THis is my frist comment.. I am only a generalised english user. Please correct me if i was wrong.

ciao. :)

well, on my perspective, I rather say it depends on grammar, because as you can see "will" is a form of future tense, and "would" more like event that could happen or couldn't happen. In other word, "would" almost the same as "might"..someone else correct me, if I was wrong about this. hope this help a little bit more.
