Hi everyone :D

Where do following expressions come from or how did they originate ?

1. thanks all the same
2. thanks but no thank you

Does anyone know some other expressions similar as the above ones,

Cheers,

Hi,

'Thanks all the same' is a remark you make when you want to thank someone for offering help but you want to tell them it's not necessary. 'Thanks but no thank you/no thanks' has the same idea.
