Hi everybody, I'm a new member, my name is Barbara. I'm from Rome, Italy. I've always been interested in the study of forein languages and different cultures and this forum seems to give me the opportunity, as we say in Italy, "to catch two pigeons with one broad bean". How do you say the same thing in English? |

Hi there,
The closest phrase we say is "one stone kills two birds". It means you can get more out of it with one stone. |
