The Customer has getting stuck since yesterday with this issue.

Is it Ok?

You should say:

The customer has been getting stuck with this issue since yesterday.

Also, there is no need to capitalise "customer" in this case.

What is the 'issue'? 'Getting stuck' is a point event. It is more probably:

The customer has been stuck with this issue since yesterday.

I see some sentences like - "He is using the house for two years".
Isn't this wrong?
- "He has been using the house for two years".
