This shop has been shifted to behind the ABC Bakery.
This shop has been shifted behind the ABC Bakery.

Can someone please tell me which one of the above two sentences is correct?

Hi,

I would suggest that you really need to include 'to' in your sentence to indicate that the shop has been moved.

Thanks a lot Alan.

You mean the first sentence is correct, right? What would be behind here then? Noun?

Hi,

To me 'shifted' alone suggests that it was some kind of natural force that did the move - say an earthquake but the addition of 'to' indicates that this move was done on purpose.
