Here "there" is the proper usage.

Hard to say; the phrasing of the sentence is awkward. Do you mean?--

From my team, S & J will be there [= in attendance]?

On my team, there will be "James" Suzanne/ James and Suz will be on my team
This is waht I wanted to say.

Then that is what you should say: Sam and James will be on my team.
