Hi Fatima,
What kind of help do you expect from us? Do you want us to write the two pages for you? That wouldn't qualify as 'help', would it? I suggest you first create a list with keywords and phrases that describe the points you want to make in your project.
Then we can add our ideas. By the way, how are you going to present your project and to whom? Are you just going to hand in the two pages or will you have to give an oral presentation too?

Do you need to write your project information in English or Arabic? Also, who wants you to write the essay and why? If your English is so bad why do you want to write a text about dialects and accents in English? Wouldn't it make more sense for you to read and write in Arabic and then have your original text translated by somebody?
