There are three forms of comparison of adjectives:

1 as cheap as
2 cheaper than
3 the cheapest

and only with longer adjectives do we use most for the last form (3) as in the most difficult. So you have to choose between the two but you can't use both at the same time as in this sentence: most cheapest
