Dear Sir,
I think "uniform" is used to describe the same clothes for a group of people. For example: uniform for school girls, uniform for workers,...So why we use "uniform" here? Is this mean this company just sell uniform?

The word can be a noun as you suggest but here it is an adjective and means of exactly the same type.
