Hi everyone,

here is the sentence, and could you help me understand 'be captured through' here? how should I understand the sentence?

Customer dissatisfaction with this element will also be captured through complaints via Customer Feedback Policy.

...dissatisfaction will be captured through complaints via Customer Feedback Policy = Complaining by customers will reveal their satisfaction (which will be recorded-- somehow-- in the Customer Feedback policy.
