how can I understand below words?
centra space here is sort of web meeting tool.

It should be "first come, first served". It means that there is no special preference (like paying more money, or being an important person) to the service, whoever requests the service first, gets to use it first.

I agree that it should be "first come, first served". Many people make the mistake of writing "serve".
