hello everyone,

below is the sentence: For the dates requested, December 2 and 3 are also not available for Centra, as we are at capacity for those dates.

'for' here means as for? refering to ?

'as we are at capacity for those dates' means we have reservation of centra event or we got work on managing capacity for centra event?
P.S. centra event is a web meeting tool

thank you very much
:D

It means that on December 2 and 3, Centra is not available for use because it's already been booked (reserved and therefore, at capacity) for some other meetings.

is 'at capacity' is highly used to express 'be reserved'?

Not really. At capacity simply means that it is full and can't handle any more new tasks. For example, if Centra can only handle 4 web meetings at a time, and four groups are already using it (or reserved it for a certain time and day), Centra is at capacity (or will be at capacity for that certain time and day). Hope this makes sense.
