hello everyone,

I have some questions on the sentence: please access and review the company policy which outlines our Centra best practices and cancellation protocol.

how should I understand best practices here? does it mean just their work scope or what they can do?

can I just use 'read' to replace 'review' here? it seems 'review' to be more like a reminder or help me to remember the policy.

big thank you :D

Best practices are the work procedures that you, as an employee, should be following. There are many ways of doing something but the company wants you to do it a certain way (best practice). Review, to me, means read carefully (and understand).
