Dear everyone:
I have encountered an expression for a pile, one half of which is a cylindrical body and the other half is like a screw,should I choose the expression ‘half screw pile’ or ‘semi-screw pile’ ?

Sorry, Steve-- I can find plenty of pile drivers on-line, but I can't find a reference to a 'semi-screw' or 'half-screw' pile. In my opinion, either name would be OK.
