Let's talk about a healthy life. #2 (permalink) Tue Dec 09, 2008 19:26 pm   Let's talk about a healthy life.

Hello Longhung19,

Judging by your nickname, I assume you are 19 years old. This is very admirable as not many young people are concerned about their health. I, being a young person myself, am extremely interested in leading a salubrious (is this word a proper substitute for 'healthy'?) life.

I fully agree with you that different people view this matter differently. Let me tell you how I see it. Practising sports on a very regular basis is a must, eating good food is also obligatory for me. I NEVER eat salt or sugar, don't consume products that contain hydrogenized fats (no oil, butter), no delights (cakes, pies, sweets, etc.), no dough. Furthermore, fried food is a no-no... Smile In addition, I live in the vicinity of the city, so I have access to relatively clean air.

Best regards
