Hello,
I want to say that we have a schedule that needs to be improved, I mean, things need to happen earlier
The sentence is. "Your company needs to XXXX the development schedule"
Should I use push forward? Or it is push back?
I appreciate your help and any other suggestion is well appreciated.

To push a date forward is to move the date closer to the present, or make it happen sooner. To push a date back is to move the date further away, or make it happen later.

I think for your situation, you want to say push it forward. Typically, you talk about pushing a date or deadline forward or backward.

If it was supposed to happen in June, but you now want it to happen by May, you're pushing the date forward. If it was supposed to happen in June, but now you want it to happen in September, then you're pushing the date back.
