The human brain is considere by many scientists the acme of biological inteligence. However, this power is accompanied with some rensponsibilities related to our habitual mind-set and of course lifestyle. Nowadays the phenomenon of cognitive failure has expanded tremendously and its primary cause is overwhelming lifestyle.
Our anscestor's activities resulted to our modern brain. During the antiquity humans were focusing at one object at a time. Hunting equivalent to modern working was not done at the same time they were solving their life's problems or taking a lunch. This wisdom can lead again to the right path of focusing on one field of interest or simply goal.
Even genius people like Einstein, Gandhi and Luther King understood this principle. Actually, Luther King said " the road to victory requires us to take one step at a time up the ladder of life". In order for us to trully create or at least succed to complete our tasks we must eliminate the logic "the faster the better" . Quality must come first; speed will come naturally as we get acquainted with the situation. In other words finish each activity at a time fast rather than all together fast and futile.
When we start giving or 100% percent to our duties our brain will actually have space to store more information. Ths is because we won't engage all brain parts thus during that time the brain can save energy or even incubate the problems and stimulus perceived from our tasks. The knowledge and memory capacity will expand besides the lessenug of the harmful stress to our health.
