| I find Alan Townsend's essay excellent. There's a balanced mix of information and legend, seasoned with British humour and fine remarks which make the introduction of the new expressions an enjoyable experience. Thank you! |

Hi Torsten,
I like your story very much and to contribute to your version of being 'green', yes I am also green to this.
Anyway talking about being green like for example in my country, I would sadly say that Kiribati my country is trying its best to stay green. I think you know the reason. We are the global warming victims and our country is trying its best not to be flooded with sea water, hence the result of our green getting paler and paler.
We'll try though to kill two birds with one stone by planting mangroves around our beaches to prevent being flooded and lively happily like we normally do never thinking about our green country going all brown.
How about that?

Hi Dear Alan the article was impressive, you have a very nice imagination. that was a complete explanation and a coherent idea , i liked it very much and also i learn t a lot, my opinion on "green" is to be green in every aspect of your life, from the environment to our behavior.we have to protect the ocean, the space, the earth free from all contamination , we have to keep away all kind of pollution, specially fossil fuel pollution which causes severe damage to any kind of animals and human beings, and also ruins the green. thanks again, anahid |

| I think I am green, maybe not enough. I live in a big city in the north-east of Brazil. Here I don`t have good opportunities to help to make a work about it, but in my beach house ¨the green¨ is live in all parts of the garden. I like to plant trees, because its are beauatiful and they are the lung of the planet. Finaly I`d like to say that your essay,Alan, was very interesting.Regards. Cristovam. |

Good day! I like Allan`s essay very much. At the first there are a lot of new words and expressions for me in the text. At the second I think it`s a great problem for our planet. The earth is not so tough. Sometimes it`s seems awfully helpless to me. There is no doubt that everybody must be green, otherwise we can`t avoid catastrophes. |

| well, in china, the environment has been improved in recent years. There are so many beautiful scenery around my hometown, of course, my hometown is wonderful, too. I'm regret that I cannot now shoot and present it to you. Our earth will become more and more environment-friendly. |
