How to pronounce 'does'? #1 (permalink) Mon Dec 15, 2008 15:17 pm   How to pronounce 'does'?		  
it is a bit weird for me when saying 'does' as in the sentence 'my father does all the works", "what your company does". it is pronounced as "daz" or "do's"?

It sounds like [dʌz], not like [daz] or [duz].

Make sure you pronounce the "S" in "does" and "doesn't" like a "Z".
