it is a bit weird for me when saying 'does' as in the sentence 'my father does all the works", "what your company does". it is pronounced as "daz" or "do's"?

It sounds like [dʌz], not like [daz] or [duz].

Make sure you pronounce the "S" in "does" and "doesn't" like a "Z".
