Hello :
may i ask who's grammatical expert about this certain peace of grammar.
we use i was, he was, she was etc, when we talk about the past tence.
use to: is one of past tence view's, could the grammatical expert describe it more?
when we use it?
and how do we use it?
what is the correct form of this grammatical peace?

We are talking about repeated events and actions in the past, we can use 'used to'
When I was young I 'used to' play with my dolls.
