I thought that the my number of membelist is related to achievements, to my own progress in English. I thought that the people of top list are the best in English.
If I'm right,
why for example the person nr 54 with smaller progress is before the person: nr 55 with bigger progress?
Thanks!

Hi,

'Lounge' is often used for the room in which you mainly sit and is often simply called a 'sitting room'. The verb 'lounge' often together with 'about' (lounge about) describes sitting around and doing nothing. 'Lounger' can be a low level chair that you can lie on in the sun or on the beach or the garden. It also describes somebody who is lazy and just sits around and does very little.

Hello Madeleine,

Which of the audio exercises on our site begin with questions? As far as I can see, all our listening exercises begin with statements or dialogs.

Many thanks,
Torsten

Dear Torsten :
I am trying to do the third toeic listening exercises . Sometimes I understood everything but the female voice is not so clear. It's difficult recognize who is speaking two men or a man and a woman . I don't know why?
It is my own feeling when I am listening that sort of exercise and I suppose I made some mistakes so I couldn't recognize who is speaking at that moment .
Who is in agreement with my own thought?
