3). What is implied about Mr. Kirshner? He is young. He lives in Europe. -- CORRECT He loves to read. He is retired.
No "Europe" is mentioned in the recording. Please revise.
"....Mr. Kirshner has flown all the way from Austria for this occasion, and we are honored to have him with us. He is renowned throughout the world for his innovative architecture and distinctive style. Would you please join me in giving a warm Holmstead welcome to Klaus Kirshner!" |
Austria is a country in Europe!

Hi Torsten,
In the following TOEIC test http://www.english-test.net/toeic/listening/a_produce_cart.html
546). A produce cart The cart is almost empty. -- CORRECT A donkey is pulling the cart. There are no shadows in the picture. The cart has four wheels.
How can the cart be defined empty? To me it looks completely full of items!

81). Scuba divers in action The people in the picture are sky diving. One of the divers is holding a breathing device in their right hand. -- CORRECT All the divers are dressed in red. The ground is covered with snow.
The exercise No. 81, option B, should the sentence be 'One of the divers is .....in his hand' rather than 'in their hand'? |
