Please correct whether my understanding of the following paragraph is correct

The following is in the Account Book:
Controlling: Feedback is important to provide continuous evaluation of outcomes to see if plans are being achieved.

Feedback= response
Evaluation = asses or measure the value
Outcome = result

My understanding:
If you want to get the plans working or achieved, continues (evaluation) assessment is important to see the outcome
