TOEFL® rescoring help

Hi guys as u guys all know i took my TOEFL iBt exam (four hours long) and i got my results, i did really good in speaking,listening and reading but............the writng part i sucked cuz i got 18 out of 30 and universities want atleadt 25 out of 30 anyways i want to know how do i do the test again only for the part of writing and will my score go higher or not. How do i do the rescoring part. pllzzzz help meeee

are the questions on the toefl ibt test all worth 1 points? some of them are more then 1 right?

After you get the percentile correct, how do you find the TOEFL score? Do you need a score sheet for that specific test in order to find out?
