We are doing some work, but we are not finished. The interim results of our work are good, but we don't know what the final results will be. But so far, so good.

"How is your daughter doing at college?"
"So far, so good. She is getting good marks, and she hasn't been in any trouble, but it's only the middle of the year. I hope she continues to do well for the rest of the year."
