english is not good

i have been completed 20 lessons so far. my stage is remain. how do inprove my communication skills ? most of people said that i had influenced by mother tounge.
and my biggest proplem is pronounsation. i could not able to pronounce properly.
Even my higher officers also said.
i have to take steps....

Hi Marimuthu,

Learning English does involve simultaneous improvement in all four skills:
reading, listening, writing and speaking.

As English is my second language, I could easily arrange those by difficulty level
(you may be at different levels across these skills):
- reading is easiest,
- followed by listening which takes regular practice,
- writing comes when you start to think in English and you have enough vocabulary to express yourself,
-speaking seems a little bit difficult as it is too interactive and has to do with our social appearance

What I did was focussing on one skill and moving to other skills gradually. I hope it will help you.
