The correct sentence is I've done my work.

Sivakumar, you should start sticking to basic punctuation rules. Also, please read What is a meaningful message title?

Best regards,

I have read this somewhere else on this forum itself.

I am done= I did it (which one??).

"Did you sign in the book""

"I am done," means the same thing as, "I am finished." "Done" in that sentence is an adjective, not a verb. The sentence doesn't mean, "I did it."

For example, we say, "The meal is done," or, "The day is done." Those do not mean, "The meal did it," or, "The day did it."

You need to go to a grammar book and read about the Infinitive, the Present Perfect tense, "have to" and "must", and the Passive.

I`ve gone through but failed..........

People generally speak''it has to be done'' why not ''it has to done'' so my problem is where we can put ''be'' in sentences

For this you need to study the Passive. If one book doesn't explain it well, you need to go to one or two other ones.

What is your native language? Do you have a second language other than English?
