Need information about TOEFL®

My name is Quan , come from VietNam. I am in California now. I am planning to take TOEFL in 2009.. Can anyone refer me books ( author)... to prepare for the exam and any sites which has samples, please help me . I am reviewing the test myself and looking for the preparation school which is a lillte big cheap in school fee. Is there any IBT test or papper test school in Orange County - Cali which can help me to get out the problem. Please let me know. Thank you so much
