I feel very confused with the sentence below:

The Company holds travel insurance that covers employees while travelling on business and for personal travel when it is taken in conjunction with business travel.

Could you please help me to understand it or reword the sentence.

Sorry MM. I should have explained what I meant.

When I saw Liqichao's question I understood it was about an HR policy and the way I looked at it I felt it was an employee-friendly policy.

But when you interpreted it saying that there would be insurance only when they travel for company's benefit, it didn't sound employee-friendly. That's why I made those comments.

I don't see any difference as such. It's just that you didn't mention personal travel in your paraphrase. That's what I wanted to point out.
