I'm good in english language but I have some problem with shape of sentence's verb, hope it be fixed soon Can anyone give a key to improve it soon?!

Hi, Happy new Year
thanks for your attention and time.
I'm ready here for start, but for start; I'm studying english for about 6 year but not all over the time, At first I progress fast but I when I lost my focus, I lost my key for learning and for about 5 year I am still in the level was before.
Mybe I Extend my Vocabulary, but still have some problem with verbs.
all in all I now Learning a foriegn language is not tea party and have not some simple step to step script but I wanted your help to get back on the truck.
I know that if I write more and more I can get back soon and you can find out my problem sooner and exact, So Can I be in contact with you to get your help and support and correcting my mistake fast?
