It sounds like he was a little tiny man standing on your arm, and from his position on your arm, he stabbed or shot you in some other part of the body.

I would correct the sentence, but I'm not sure what you want to say.

Which meaning of the word "arm" was intended? If it means a weapon, then it would mean that someone wounded a man with a weapon taken from the man. Today we would say, "He wounded me with my own weapon."
