I have a confusion about below sentence:
In addition to raise awareness to the support teams please XXXXX.
I think the better way is : In addtion, in order to reminder support team please XXXXX.

'raise awareness'= remind
'in addition' = in the exception of, thus I do not make sense why it is put here.
