I wrote the letter below requesting the information package for the Nursing Degree but when I went through it again and thought it is missing something or something is wrong but could not figureout what it was.Can anyone help me rewrite the letter with more content and in more proffessional way.

"My name is Jessy.I found out from the online Nursing information package that you could mail the information package.I am planing to enroll for Nursing program nad would like to request you to send me the package in the following address.I would really appreciate your help."
