"Else" is not a conjunction.

"Nevertheless" is also not a conjunction. It means "in spite of that" or "all the same".

What is your specific question?

Also, please try to write your posts properly. You don't use any capitalization or punctuation. Why should the teachers answer your questions about proper English if you don't even try to write them in proper English?
